Abstract

Nowadays information and communications technology (ICT) is an impartible section in the development countries, Unequal access is a common topic has been accepted in our era. We are looking for ways to increase Internet adoption and narrow its disparity across countries the global "digital divide". Previous work has focused on demographic, economic, and infrastructure determinants of Internet access that are difficult to change in the short run. In the research, content is a factor affective and short-time on internet adoption and digital divide economic has been considered. Our estimates, the language is accepted to adoption content. For this purpose by using simultaneous equation ways among 107 countries and languages, in 2005 to 2014 perioud in panel date shape. The results have been shown, that content has both directly and indirectly effective issue from internet acceptance canal on digital divide.
