Providing uniform and one-sided training under centralized system supervision may lead to lack of competition and inefficient use of public resources. In this regard, this study seeks to investigate the relationship between financial decentralization and the quality of education in the provinces of Iran. In order to obtain a long-term relationship, FMOLS, DOLS and PMG methods have been used for the period 2006 to 2018. The results showed that the effect of financial decentralization on the number of high school graduates is negative and significant. In other words, financial decentralization has had a negative effect on the number of high school graduates. Also, the effect of income decentralization on educational per capita is positive and significant. This means that increasing income decentralization has increased the per capita education of each student, which increases the quality of education in schools. But the decentralization relationship is cost negative and significant. In addition, the effect of financial decentralization on the teacher-student ratio is positive and significant. Therefore, income and cost decentralization will increase the teacher-student ratio and thus increase the quality of education. در چند دهه گذشته، روندی جهانی به سمت تمرکززدایی مالی دولت‌ها، جهت ارائه کارآمد کالاها و خدمات عمومی صورت گرفته ‌است. ارائه یکنواخت و یک طرفه آموزش تحت نظارت سیستم متمرکز، ممکن است باعث عدم رقابت و استفاده ناکارآمد از منابع عمومی‌ ‌شود. در همین راستا، این تحقیق بدنبال بررسی رابطه بین تمرکززدایی مالی و کیفیت آموزش و پرورش در استان‌های ایران می‌باشد. جهت بدست آوردن رابطه بلندمدت، از روش‌های FMOLS، DOLS و PMG برای دوره زمانی 1385 تا 1397 استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که تمرکززدایی مالی سبب کاهش تعداد خروجی دانش‌آموزان متوسطه می‌شود. همچنین افزایش تمرکززدایی درآمدی سبب افزایش سرانه آموزشی دانش‌آموزان و در نتیجه افزایش کیفیت آموزش در مدارس می‌شود. اما رابطه تمرکززدایی هزینه‌ای منفی و ‌‌‌معنی‌دار است. علاوه بر این، اثر تمرکززدایی مالی بر نسبت معلم به دانش‌آموز مثبت و ‌‌‌معنی‌دار است. بنابراین می‌توان گفت تمرکززدایی درآمدی و هزینه‌ای سبب افزایش کیفیت آموزش خواهد شد. https://jem.semnan.ac.ir/article_6491_cd17d3ce3b64f227987cd92cd701cc58.pdf
