For this purpose, the research data were collected from the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran during the period 1996-1996. Also, structural vector autoregressive model (SVAR) and impulse resonse function (IRF) were used to analyze the data. Results showed that economic sanctions diminished the value added of the construction sector. However, the impact of the economic sanctions indicators examined on this section varies. Among the four indicators of economic sanctions under consideration, respectively: (a) exchange rate shocks; (b) raw material import shocks; intermediate goods and capital; (c) non-oil export shocks; and (d) oil export earnings shocks have the greatest negative impact on the value added of the construction sector. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثرات تکانه‌های تحریم­ های اقتصادی از طریق: الف)تکانه درآمد صادرات نفت خام، ب)تکانه صادرات غیرنفتی،ج)تکانه واردات مواد اولیه، کالاهای سرمایه ­ای و واسطه ­ای د) تکانه نرخ ارز بر بخش ساختمان در ایران می‌باشد. داده ­های تحقیق، طی دوره 98-1367 از بانک مرکزی ایران گردآوری و برای تجزیه­ و ­تحلیل از مدل خودرگرسیون برداری ساختاری(SVAR) و توابع عکس­ العمل آنی(IRF) و جدول تجزیه واریانس استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان می ­دهد در دوره ‏ی اول تکانه پنجم که تکانه خود ارزش افزوده بخش ساختمان است، اکثریت غالب توضیح ‏دهندگی تغییرات را داراست و حدود 60% علت تغییرات را توضیح‏ و تکانه اول مربوط به درآمد صادرات نفت خام، در کوتاه‏ مدت و در اولین دوره 28% تغییرات را توضیح می‏دهد. این رقم در دوره ‏ی دوم به حدود 43% می‏ رسد، منتهی در دوره‏ ی سوم 50% تغییرات را توضیح و در بلندمدت حدود 55% تغییرات را توضیح می ‏دهد که بیشترین علت توضیح دهندگی در بلند مدت محسوب می‌شود. https://jem.semnan.ac.ir/article_5100_e1cfdc5c7ee19dc104dfdc21f19e61cf.pdf
